Mary, Mother of God and Mother of the Church, points the way to Jesus. Through her beautiful example of motherhood, fidelity, and holiness, all of humanity has the gift of a living signpost along the road to salvation. Though she rose to extraordinary holiness, it is in the simple day-to-day events of home life that Mary shines as a model of simplicity, as well as love for her husband and child.
