On Wednesday, we talked about the need for sacrifice in leadership. We are called to put the needs of others ahead of our own needs. However, there is still a very practical need to have strong boundaries and take care of our own minds, bodies, and souls in order to be able to lead as best we can. 

Life is all about balance, but balance is very difficult to find! Fr Chase and Nathan break down the need for taking care of our own needs while still maintaining a servant leadership philosophy.
