Getting into great shape always sounds easier than it is. There are a lot of benefits to taking your health, nutrition, and fitness seriously. However, with the wrong approach, a serious attempt at doing so can leave you feeling dejected and discouraged.
Natalie is a certified personal trainer with great zeal for our Catholic faith. She was recently accepted into a physical therapy and MBA program at the University of Kansas Medical Center. She and Nathan have a great conversation about their personal experiences with fitness as well as the common mistakes and good habits that they have seen in the lives of others.
