57m

Between January 2020 and January 2021, the Trump Administration executed 13 inmates on death row. This drew a ton of national attention as the death toll outnumbered the previous 57 years combined. The common claim was this: if you aren't anti-death penalty, you ain't pro-life. Is this true? Is this helpful to the pro-life/anti-abortion movement? Is it wrong to be a single issue voter? How should our faith influence our stances on these things? What does the Church teach about the death penalty?
