YOU are a leader!! We are all leaders. Leadership, in its simplest form, is influence. And we all influence people every single day, for better or worse, whether we like it or not. Parents, priests, bosses, spouses, and Christians in general are all leaders! We are all called to be an example to others and to help them remove the obstacles that stand between them and fulfilling their full potential. It's time we take responsibility for this and begin to be intentional about growing our leadership skills.
